Terms of Service
Please read these terms before using Kairo. By using the app, you agree to them.

1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of the Kairo app and website. If you do not agree, please do not use Kairo.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Kairo for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
3. Not medical advice
Kairo estimates your circadian phase from your behaviour and wearable data to suggest better timing. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified clinician with any questions about a medical or sleep condition. Never disregard professional advice because of something Kairo showed you.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Kairo is free to start, with an optional auto-renewing Pro subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Any free trial’s unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse Kairo: no reverse engineering except as permitted by law, no interfering with its operation, and no using it to break the law or infringe others’ rights.
6. Your responsibility
You are responsible for decisions you make using Kairo’s suggestions. Use common sense and consult a professional for health, safety or medical decisions.
7. Disclaimers
Kairo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its estimates are precise.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kairo and its makers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
9. Changes
We may update the app and these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
